Healthy Eats organic cafe and store is a one-stop resource assisting those on different stages of their journey towards health and wellness.

Diners savour an all-day dining menu showcasing the use of organic produce (not necessarily vegetarian or vegan though we've options). We have fresh organic salads and appetisers, hot soups as well as 'sweet fools'-cool fruit-based soups, warm crust sandwiches, paninis and pitas, organic rice meals with free-range chicken, organic pork, grass-fed beef and ocean sea farm-raised bangus and home-made fettucini and ravioli. Real energising hot and cold beverages, desserts and vegan dairy-free ice cream using natural sweeteners powered up with super food complement and complete the dining experience.

Our menu is simple, nothing too fancy or gourmet, just allowing the organic ingredients' freshness and health benefits be highlighted.

We want to dispel misconceptions that healthy doesn't taste good, is expensive, difficult to prepare, and is mostly just vegetables. For us, there is room in a healthy diet for some animal products, dairy and eggs as long as these are grown organically or naturally.

For those inspired to continue the healthy eating and living at home for themselves and their loved ones, they can browse and shop in our modestly sized but quite comprehensive store for ingredients such as fresh fruit and vegetables from partner organic farms, frozen free range and organic meat, poultry and bangus; seasonings, cooking and vegetarian-vegan essentials, snacks and beverages. Take home snacks and pastries are available for the ever snacking Filipino populace.

Non-food items such as bath and body and home care products, juicing accessories, ceramics from the EVA Charity Foundation, Breville kitchen equipment, Matstone slow juicers and Vitamix high speed blenders are also available.

We can assemble any and all occasion gift baskets to suit every taste, preference, budget or even health condition-diabetics, dieters and the weight conscious, athletes, vegetarians and vegans. Ever wonder what to give someone who already has everything? Give the gift of good health!

Lastly, for those who are already willing to invest in their health but don't know how or where to begin Sugarleaf Makati occasionally offers workshops, talks and seminars such as food preparation classes with qualified and dedicated resource persons, short talks about super food, probiotocs and a lot more-some free while others have a fee but complete with handouts, food samplings and more.

With prior arrangement, we accommodate requests for health talks, juicing and food preparation demonstrations for schools, companies and socio-civic organisations as this is consistent with our mission of educating people about healthy living.
