Proud Beginnings
Hangeul Excellence Language Tutorial Center (HELTC) was established in 2011, formerly known as Innerlight Training Center that was founded by Mr. Socrates G. Umali and Mrs. Wilhelmina T. Umali. For Mr. and Mrs. Umali, HELTC is not just a business, it is a ministry for the Lord which provides Korean language training to give help and opportunities for the people who want to work in South Korea.
The business started out as a small establishment in the municipality of Magalang which is located in the province of Pampanga. Eventually, the company became one of the best Korean language centers in Pampanga
In the year 2012, the company's name was changed into Hanguko Excellence Language Tutorial Center and also started to provide Korean language training around Pampanga such as Masantol, Bacolor, San Simon, Arayat, Angeles City, Cabiao, Guagua and in Mexico.
The company was renamed Hangeul Excellence Language Tutorial Center in 2013 and is used until the present time.
Vision
Our vision is to be one of the best and effective Korean language training schools nationwide which will provide help and assistance for the people to succeed in fulfilling their dreams and ambitions in life through the supervision of the Lord.
Hangeul Excellence Language Tutorial Center wants to be known in the near future as a successful Korean language school that helped not only thousands but millions of Filipino people

In five years’ time, HELTC was able to expand the wings of opportunities for people to learn the Korean language in the following municipalities:
