Hacienda Solange Tagaytay 6.1

Hacienda Solange is an exclusive vacation Home.

To ensure your privacy and personalized service , we accept only one (1) group of between fifteen (15) to twenty (20 persons) at a time.

Hacienda Solange is located in Alfonso, 8 minutes away from Tagaytay. The place has a chalet with three bunk beds and bathroom good for nine (9) guests, one master's bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom, 1 room with double beds and 1 tower room with double-deck that can accommodate three (3) guests.

Swimming facilities include a big pool and a small pool. We also have a grill station which you can use for free and a cooking stove which you may use during your stay for the extra fee one-time fee of Php500. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, plates and wine glasses. Should you wish to enjoy, relax and not worry about dining preparations, we may also serve breakfast and pre-ordered menus for lunch and dinner.We have three (3) caretakers who are ready to assist and attend to your needs during your stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

*Rates are quoted PER NIGHT.
*Children below 8 years old may stay for free as long as they do not ask for extra beddings. (Maximum of 5 children).
*We will pencil book your dates for two days. If we try to contact you but you are not reachable or do not answer our calls, reply to emails or text messages, after two days, your booking will be forfeited in favor of a guest who confirms.

*A down payment deposit of 50% is required upon reservation (non-refundable).
*Total amount should be settled on the day of the arrival.
*We shall not admit guests who arrive in numbers greater than that stated in the reservation. A penalty of Php1000 per person shall be applied..

*Check-In Time 2:00pm / Check-Out Time 12:00pm
*Late Checkout Charge is Php1,000 per hour

House Rules:

No smoking inside the rooms.

Breakage and losses.
The guests shall be responsible for the safety and security of their personal property and of the resort, any breakage and loses due to accidents incurred by the guest shall be billed separately.

There are 3 excellent restaurants close by - Antonio's (4 mins), Marcia's Garden (6 mins), and the newly re-opened Breakfast at Antonio's (8 mins). Sonia's Garden is 20 mins away. The rest of the Tagaytay Ridge Restaurants are 15-20 minutes away.
