Good quality gourmet food, with all organic ingredients, served in a fast food format. We made a promise to do exactly that. Three long years later, after making friends with local Vendors, Farmers and Fishermen, trying out 100s of recipes, investing in a lot of world class equipment, we are now ready to serve you. We are very careful not to use artificial flavors, colors, MSG, fillers, additives, margarine etc in our food. Natural products have a very unique taste compared to artificially flavored food.
