Gaufre de Liège House of Original Waffle started in 2015 by a business enthusiast Engr. Mylvin Arquiza Jr. who envisioned a Belgian waffle that is authentic and at the same time unique for the people to enjoy, with various topping for them to choose from. To achieve the authenticity of the product, rigorous ingredients and recipe research was done and tested in order to come up with a product that would taste and feel like it came straight from a waffle shop in Brussels where it originated.

We are the first authentic Belgian waffle café in the country, with our first location in the hustling and bustling streets of Taft Avenue. The concept of Liège House of Original Waffle is to have various toppings that customers can choose from; fruits, chocolates and creamy syrups to make customers’ Belgian waffle experience even better.
