Their dad, Francisco M. Ligsay Jr. started the family business that grew out from the love of eating and cooking. Now the company gives a sparkling twist to everyday meals and home-made favorites concocted by the two – who also leads a talented staff of singing cooks and waitresses.

Some of our best tasting and selling dishes include, Franco’s Sisig, Crispy Salt and pepper Hipon, Binusog na Pusit and all-time favorites like Lumpiang shanghai, Lechon kawali, Cauliflower w/ chicken, Beef in oyster sauce, Sitsaro w/ shrimps, Sweet & Sour pork, Tofu con lechon, Buttered chicken, and many more.
