FILTIERRA DE ORO INC. is a dream made into reality through the family of Clementito and Lydia Vicente. Together with their children they put up this real estate company to provide decent and affordable homes for their loyal employees from their family-owned school and business: Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila School in Cainta Rizal; San Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila School in Marikina City and Vicente Publishing House, Inc. in San Mateo Rizal.

Later, the family's noble aim to provide affordable and decent homes was opened to everyone. The Vicente Family conceived Filtierra de Oro Inc. in January 2011 after realizing that every hardworking employees goal is to own a decent house for his family. With this driving inspiration the first project of Filtierra de Oro Inc, Enzo Townhouses located inside Lopezville Subdivision in Antipolo City was born.
