The name was modified to Fabtech Industrial Inc. in 1998 during its expansion. As the company paved way to the development of its services, the company branched out to 3 business units:

1) Fabtech Kitchens Unlimited Inc. (2003) - provides kitchen solution services to the local market

2) Fabtech Export Industries, Inc. (2006) - caters primarily to the international and under the PEZA zone market , with PEZA Registration No 8-26
