E.S.E. SIGNEX Sign Express, Inc., is a full-service signage advertising firm established in 1995 and incorporated in 2006 to support its local and multinational clients’ entire sign-project cycle, which covers graphic design, printing, fabrication, permit processing, installation, sign maintenance, as well as project management—anywhere in the Philippines. Makati City, the country’ s chief financial, commercial, and business district, has always been the Company’ s nerve center from the time it opened until now that it has 5 offices, plants, and warehouses in the same city.
At first, the company dealt only in computer-cut stickers. Then, it embarked on fabrication of signboards. Afterwards, due to rapid technological break- throughs in the industry, it ventured into large-format digital printing.
Prompted by the proliferation of new advertising and communication media, particularly the Internet and mobile technologies, we have taken up the challenge that many media practitioners now face with greater strain: the need to plan and build up all relevant marketing communications so that they work together in harmony to greatest effect and with greatest efficiency. Hence, we established a strategic plan that would entail putting up several small business units that would cater to our clients’ diverse but integrated marketing communication efforts under one umbrella, especially now that the line between printing and communication is becoming thinner and thinner.
We started implementing this multi-year plan by putting up a branch dedicated solely to offset printing, because we felt that the new media are more of a complement rather than a competition for printing, including television, cinema, and radio, in the light of various market segment needs and preferences.
