E. B. TESTING CENTER, was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on 23 April 1997 and was accredited Private Testing Laboratory by the Department of Public Works and Highways.



In 9th day of July 2007 E. B. Testing Center becomes E. B. Testing Center, Inc. a corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and accredited Private Testing Laboratory by the Department of Public Works and Highways. Pursuant to Republic Act 9184, the firm is registered with Philgeps to be able to participate in the bidding of government contracts. Behind the steady success of the company is Engr. Elnardo P. Bolivar, a registered Civil Engineer and accredited Materials Engineer of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
