The Municipality of TUBLAY is one of the thirteen municipalities comprising the Province of Benguet. It is a landlocked agricultural municipality, located about two hundred sixty three (263) kilometers North of Quezon City, the Capital of the Philippines and about thirteen (13) kilometers North of Baguio City, the country’s summer capital.

Technically, TUBLAY is located at about 120o 32’ 30” to 120o 42’50” East Longitude and 16o 27’30” to 16o 34’00” North Latitude. It is bounded on the North and Northwest by Kapangan Municipality, on the North and Northeast by Atok, on the East by Bokod Municipality, on the Southeast by Itogon Municipality, on the South by La Trinidad Municipality (the capital town), and on the West by Sablan Municipality.
