ABOUT THE TEAM:

Dr. Meryl De Jesus
Dr. De Jesus is a young graduate from University of the East, Manila on year 2005 and had worked after as an associate dentist in a widely branched dental clinic particularly assigned at Greenhills, San Juan and Manadaluyong City. By June 2007, Dental Care Corner was put up. On October 2007, she has earned her Certificate Of Merit on Updated Biomechanics in Orthodontics, Orthodontic Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, Straightwire Mechanotherapy and Basic TMJ Course from a well-known and highly regarded educator recognized by the International Association for Orthodontics.

In quest for more knowledge in her field, Dr. Meryl had just completed the Academic and Clinical requirements for the course of COMPREHENSIVE IMPLANT DENTISTRY at Centro Escolar University, Manila in partnership with Asian Implant Institute and Philippine Academy of Implant Dentistry on May 2010. Dr. Meryl also expanded her knowledge in Pediatrics from Pediatric Dentistry Centre of the Philippines, Fe Del Mundo Medical Center last April 2013. Just recently, She earned her Esthetic Dentistry certificate from Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry last Decemeber 2015.

Dr. Meryl has been a member of Philippine Dental Association since June 2005 and of Quezon City Dental Society, Inc. Also, she is an associate member of International Association for Orthodontics (IAO Philippine Section) since November 2006, and a new addition to the Philippine Academy of Implant Dentistry on May 2010. Now, she is also a proud member of Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (PAED), Biofunctional Dentistry (BFD) and Philippine Association for Functional Jaw Orthopedics and TMJ (PAFJO-TMJ).

Ms. Johanne Marie Valiente, R.D.H.
A very loyal, dedicated dental assistant, who is very accommodating and pleasing to every patient, Johanne has served Dental Care Corner since the beginning (2007). With her experience and knowledge in the dentistry field, she has now earned a degree & PRC license of her own as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
