New and modern apartments to rent on Panglao Island within walking distance (1 km/15 minutes) of Alona Beach with it's famous white beach, shops and restaurants.
We are a friendly block of just 4 apartments with each apartment being 80 square meters with open plan lounge room and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom with hot and cold showers. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with western style. Each apartment is cleaned and laundered once a week.
These apartments were built for living, not just sleeping.

The apartments are located 1km from Alona beach on the sealed Circumference road which circles the island, about 1 km before arriving at Alona Beach Village and just before Giuseppe Italian Restaurant and next door to Billabong Resort.

Tours and attraction.
==========================
1. Chocolate Hills Tour. The tour takes about 8 hours and includes a drive to the chocolate Hills with about 10 stops at attractions along the way, including Tarsier conservation park, Hanging bridge and Loboc River Lunch cruise. Our contact driver (Kuya Juhn) charges P2,000 for an exclusive van, paid directly to him.
2. Island hopping. This includes dolphin spotting, snorkelling at Balicasag island and Virgin island and takes about 6 hours. Our contact (Tita Helen) charges P1,500 for an exclusive banca boat, paid directly to the boat captain.
3. Panglao Island Tour. Includes Bohol Bee farm and Hinagdagan Cave. Our contact (Kuya Jun) charges P1,200 for the tour.

Note that prices do not include entrance fees and environmental charges.

Getting around
==========================
Getting around here is as simple as standing on the side of the road and waiting for a "habal habal" (motor bike) or a tricycle to stop.

How to Get Here.
==========================
From Manila fly to Tagbilaran aiport
From Cebu take Ocean Jet or Super Cat ferry from Pier 1 to Tagbilaran Port. They depart about every 2 hours and the trip takes 2 hours.

Tell your driver “400 meters past Tawala Elementary School, On the left hand side, Next door to Billabong Resort”. D&G Alona Lodge is the big white building next to Billabong Resort.
Or we can arrange for Kuya Juhn the driver to meet you at the port.
