It is the leading provider of Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) in Australia with clients in Asia Pacific and North America.

Converga commenced operations as Outsource Australia (OSA) in 1994, operating primarily as an outsourcing provider of mail, logistics, reprographics and records management services. With increasing demand for strategic information management services, OSA developed itself as a specialist business process outsourcing provider with a focus on paper to digital document conversion. OSA officially changed its name to Converga in June 2008.

Converga’s business model evolved to encompass a broad range of back office outsourcing or soft facilities management. In the Managed Services area: mailroom, corporate hospitality, records management and supply chain management; and in the BPO division: document processing, digital mail and paperless accounts payable.
