Connie's Kitchen Deli 4.02

Connie's Kitchen began as a small home based family business in 1989. Its founders, Manolet and Connie Gonzalez, got their break when friends and fellow campers started buying their Gourmet Daing and Gourmet Tuyo, the family's favorite ready-to-eat-food to bring on their frequent camping trips and out-of-town vacations. As word spread about their tasty Filipino gourmet concoctions, more and more people started ordering their products from here and abroad and buying them in Christmas bazaars. Then in 1994, Connie’s Kitchen was incorporated and registered as one of the countries first gourmet food company’s to address the growing demand for Filipino gourmet delicasies.

Since then, Connie's Kitchen has continued to expand its operations and product line at a modest and steady pace. From starting out with only Connie and her little kitchen, the family run company now employs 45 full-time and part-time personnel. Back in 2000, the company moved out of it’s home based production facility in the Gonzalez family’s kitchens and relocated to a newer proper factory site along Aurora Blvd. To complement our line of gourmet bottled fish products, Connie’s Kitchen also makes exclusive specialty cheese products, pasta sauces, salsas and dips, as well as home-made chorizos. A line up of twenty regular products is supplied to more than 50 grocery outlets and delis throughout Metro Manila, Cebu and Cagayan de Oro.

Connie’s Kitchen also operates its own outlets at the Alabang Town Center, Megamall, Greenhills Shopping Center, Tiendecitas. In December of 2010, in an effort to expand its horizons and showcase its full product range along with many new offerings, Connie’s Kichen Deli opened on Broadway St. in New Manila.
