Community Lands and Asset Management - CLAM 2.12

The Community Lands and Asset Management (Clam), now known as the Community Property Management (CPM), Cebu, Philippines, is indulged in the business of providing clients on how they can convert into cash their own properties or invest it to earn maximum profits.

The move may includes conversion of non-performing assets such as lands into money for those who are property owners through sales, rental, loans, among others, or providing clients the needed affordable lands and small-time lot and house development for those who need dwellings.

It is a two-way process: we invest or we provide clients their needs that include lands, houses, cash infusions, land development, business management which can be handled by our consultants and business sector links in Cebu, Philippines.

Thus, the CPM serves, sell and support customers on managing their assets with the aim of profitability and business.

To date, the CPM focuses on the sale of almost all types of lands: residential, industrial, mountain-view lots, beach fronts, agricultural, among others.
