Through the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ, Pastor Cesar Lubrin obeyed God's call to preach the gospel to the lost, poor, and broken people of our country, and to minister God's goodness to our fellowmen.

At the right time, God raised up other laborers in His kingdom and also provided a place in Mandaluyong City where His church will gather and where His name will be glorified and worshipped.

On June 4, 2001 the first worship-service was held and, since then, the Lord continued to touch and change hundreds of people's lives through His li -ving Word preached from the pulpit and through His ministries that were stab- lished such as: feeding programs, street kid's ministry,ministry to the poor,home visitation, hospital visitations, medical services, dental services, couples' ministry, youth ministry,and prison ministry. These church and ministerial services extend throughout the country.

At present, the Lord continues to advance His kingdom and transform sin-ners into a people living in the righteousness of our Lord Jesus Christ.
