Chop House was started by true to life love team, Darius and Ninay (better known as DarNinay) as they wanted to bring authentic provincial delicacies to the Metro Manila Market. They first started to market breakfast items from the hometowns of Ninay's folks, Vigan and Lucban then ventured to explore the other provinces. Chop House markets their products at Sidcor Sunday Market at Centris Walk at Quezon Avenue corner EDSA every Sunday morning starting 6:00 am till 2:00 pm.
