The focus and effort of the whole school is dedicated to enable the pupils to:

1. Receive the basic knowledge and develop the foundation skills, attitudes and values essential to their personal development and necessary for living in and contributing to a developing and changing social environment;

2. Acquire and promote educational experiences that will develop and enhance their orientation to the world of work and creativity in order to prepare them to engage in honest and gainful work in the future;

3. Contribute to national development by providing the youth with quality education for the intelligent, efficient, creative and proper use of their natural skills and talents and by molding them to become future responsible leaders in their chosen fields of endeavor;

4. Demonstrate respect for truth, display the values of peace, respect, love, happiness, freedom, honesty, humility, tolerance, cooperation, responsibility, simplicity and unity;

5. Appreciate their roots of origin and cherish Philippine culture and traditions and maintain a healthy Filipino heritage;

6. Equip themselves with academic skills in preparation for secondary education and the challenges of life situations and realities;

7. Develop self–discipline, self–reliance, civic consciousness and other desirable virtues and traits and the ability to work with others as worthy members of society; and

8. Preserve and maintain the high academic standards of the school.
