CEM provides testing services and assessment needs of both private and public sectors of education in the Philippines. It pioneered the development of locally-made educational tests designed to measure levels of academic proficiencies of Filipino students. Currently, it offers more than 60 tests that measure students' achievement, aptitude and career choices.
CEM has a current network of two branches and 19 test centers nationwide. As of 2017, CEM has more than 700 member schools. As a complement to its testing services, CEM holds instructional and advisory programs for teachers, guidance counsellors, and school administrators. The programs are designed to augment a school's agenda for professional development.
