House Rules:


NO SMOKING

We charge a corkage fee for those who will be bringing ALCOHOLIC beverages into the property.

We STRICTLY PROHIBIT guests from bringing portable gas range, rice cooker, stove, and other similar household appliances.

Aside from grilling {ihaw} and the use of our in-house rice cooker, we do not permit cooking on the property.

Avoid bringing in food and drinks inside rooms. Baler naturally has a lot of ants, unless you want them in your room it is best to use the designated dining space in our trellis area.

Remote control for the air conditioning units {of some rooms} are available at the office. A corresponding security deposit of 500php is required, refunds are given upon the surrender of the device.

Make sure that lights, electric fans, and air conditioning units are turned off when rooms are unoccupied. Management reserves the right to switch off any electrical devices that are left open when you are outside the room or the premises .

Please ensure that all faucets in bathrooms, sinks, and lavatories are closed properly. Kindly report any leaks.

Please refrain from making unnecessary noise late at night. Be considerate and respect other guests.

Designated representative will inspect rooms prior to guest check out to ensure that everything is in working order. To avoid any delays, please inform us ahead of time if you plan to check out early.

Return the keys when checking out, otherwise a fine of 160php per key must be settled.

Guests are required by the Tourism Office to hire a guide when visiting popular tourist spots. Those who insist on foregoing this service will be penalized by the said governing party. Our management will not be held responsible for any fees related to this violation.

Management will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen within the premises or anywhere within the City of Baler Aurora.

Rates for early check-in will be provided upon request

Guests who have made online reservations are requested to make a 50% deposit.

Check-Out: 12:00nn

To avoid being charged extra for extending, observe the standard check out time.

Every hour of extension will be computed as follows:
150php per hour. Maximum extension of 2 hours. Succeeding hours will be computed as a full day room rate.


Rebooking and Cancellation:

For any changes in your reservation, please contact us directly. Note that a cancellation deems your reservation fee as non refundable.

Rebooking fee is 300php per room and is subject to availability. One time rebooking is allowed.
