In every tub of Carmen's Best, we want to say, Here, indulge, this is how real ice cream should be.

We use only 100% fresh cows milk and cream that is brought over daily at dawn, from the family's dairy farm in Bay, Laguna. The amount of ice cream that we make depends on the amount of fresh milk that we get. From the fresh milk, we extract the cream that rises to the top, and this is what gives Carmen's Best that incredibly smooth, silky texture.

Our ice cream only comes in small tubs because it is homemade and handcrafted, the old-fashioned way. We do not use any prepared mixes, artificial flavorings, colorings, or thickeners, so each batch captures the pure, natural flavor of the ingredients. Every recipe we create is built from the ground up with unprocessed milk from tropical daily cows and raw materials of the best quality from all over the world.
