It was year 1986 when the administration of the Las Piñas National High School agreed to put up an Annex School at CAA. Armed by the vision of extending secondary education to many of the youths in Las Piñas, the Annex opened with three (3) sections of first year and one (1) section for the second year level. Due to the unavailability of classrooms, classes were held in the evening at the CAA Elementary School. These were supervised by Mr. Floro Zapanta, the principal of the said school.
After three years of hard labor in the school year 1989-1990, the evening classes were transferred to day sessions under the supervision of the District Office of Las Piñas I. In the same year, a ten (10) room two (2) storey building was awarded to the Las Piñas Municipal High School. Mrs. Purificacion T. Aranda, the principal, and Mrs. Maria Luisa R. Santos, Head of Guidance Services searched for a probable site to house the said building. They sought the help of Mayor Rosalino Riguerra, to assist them in negotiating a site for the construction of the school. This led the Municipal officials to adopt Resolution No. 116 series of 1989 allocating 4,000 square meters of open space located at Verdant acres Subdivision for the construction of the Las Piñas Municipal High School Annex.
The Mayor informed Mrs. Purificacion T. Aranda that an open space of 7,000 square meters will be donated to the school. This paved the way for the construction of the Annex at Verdant Acres. The school opened its doors during the school year 1990-1991 under the supervision of Mrs. Maria Luisa R. Santos who eventually moved back from CAA to Verdant Acres as Officer-In-Charge.
The following year, Mrs. Aranda the principal designated Mrs. Irene Dela Cruz, Head of the Mathematics Department as Officer-In-Charge of CAA Annex. On the same year, Mr. Andres D. Pedro, Practical Arts Department Head joined the school. The third and fourth year levels were organized.

Aguilar constructed another three (3) storey building fifteen (15) classrooms, to accommodate the rising enrollment of First year and Second year students.
