BoyzTown Academy (BTA) is the 'Fan Sign/Shot Capital of the World' and the largest Philippine-based all-male social network with a competitive advantage primarily in, but not limited to modeling, photography, multimedia, social media marketing, facebook, twitter, youtube, online radio, text clans, productions, and events. Per history, it is the first in the world to collect more than thirty thousand fan signs. In the Philippines, it is the only clan that gathers around 200 attendees every month. In March 2010, BTA was founded as a group by Boy*Star. Best known for its own Showbiz Industry, League of Professional Administrators, Blockbuster Monthly Events, TXTpad Campuses, Units, and Chapters, the group has expanded to what it seemed to be the leading social empire in the country today.

After BoyzTown Academy’s March 2010 official launch in Friendster, it became the most followed all-male group in the Philippines while it has the most number of members in an all-male facebook network that year.

2011 is a year of soaring high for the whole BTA community as its Superstar LEE AUSTRIA wins over PATRICK GARCIA in TNHSians Best Face Search while BTA Mindanao Prince KIAN CYLE SALCEDO of BTA Regional Network Group bagged the Soltero y Soltera de Zamboanga People's Choice Award.

In 2012, BTA Founder Boy*Star reigned supreme amongst all other all-male clan heads when he won by landslide the Most Powerful and Influential Facebook Group Creator/Founder poll. BTA was also hailed as the Most Powerful Clan in the Philippines by the infamous Philippine Top Metro Clan Festival (PhilTop MCF). For the first time in BTA’s history, the October Black Party (16th Grand Event) gathered over 100 attendees.

2013 is a year of triumph as BTA collects TEN THOUSAND FAN SIGNS leading its way to be the first in the world to do so. Thus, BTA was tagged as ‘The Fan Sign/Shot Capital of the World ‘. Another record has been made when the October Black Party (GEBTA28) gathered over 200 attendees. In a straight 12 months, BTA TXTpad consistently gathered 100+ monthly attendees. BTA SHOTS Model BLUE GARCIA won the grand prize of Obra sa Calle's 1st Photo Contest. Another BTA SHOTS Model MJ GLEMA won the People's Choice Award for the THEFACESHOPs TOP GIRL Contest. Still through BTA, ELCID LAO’s video entry won the OEP Phils. Inc. Video Contest. BoyzTown Academy’s official marketing arm ‘theBTAshop’ and photography arm ‘BTA SHOTS’ were subsequently launched. The former even conquered international markets and the latter became the fastest-rising photography page of the country. ‘BTA’ then is already a household brand.

Breaking its own record, BTA collects TWENTY THOUSAND FAN SIGNS as of May 2014.
