Bayani Brew 4.26

Bayani Brew is a startup social enterprise brewing farm fresh iced tea inspired by Filipino heritage recipes made from organically grown local ingredients.

The Brew Crew aims to​ make Filipino subsistence farmers' hand-to-mouth existence a thing of the past by advocating the use of climate-resilient ingredients and promoting fair trade sourcing.

We draw inspiration from ridiculously healthy ​'tsaa' ​recipes found all over the country, and we primarily use climate-resilient and perennially-grown crops such as lemongrass (tanglad)​​, sweet potato tops (talbos ng kamote) and pandan.

Bayani Brew wants to be remembered not only for its ridiculously healthy beverages, but also as part of a movement brewing a new breed of Filipinos batsh*t crazy in love with our country.
