The relationship between the school and the home in the mission of educating the child is one of collaboration, cooperation, and partnership. The teachers and the parents will succeed in forming the child in the image and likeness of God only if they work hand in hand and heart to heart. True partnership is rooted in trust and understanding. The deeper the trust, the stronger the partnership. In the same manner, because understanding is the by-product of knowledge, the broader the knowledge, the greater the understanding.

It is in this light that Balayan Kiddie Learning Center seeks to provide preschoolers and parents with what they need to know about the school—its Vision-Mission, its history, its philosophy of education, and its policies and procedures.

Preschoolers and their parents and/or guardians must read the Handbook thoroughly so they may be able to imbibe the charism and philosophy as well as understand the rules and regulations of the school in the spirit with which they have been formulated.
