Bahay Marikit Resort, Hotel and Restaurant 4.35

This is our “bahay sa probinsya” (home in the province), the place we go to when we need to rest and get away from the city. My husband and I are both architects and we have personally attended to each and every detail in this project ---and we continue to do so.

Located in a coconut plantation, the architecture is of the Mexican-Mediterranean style, colors are warm and vibrant, of terracotta yellows, brick reds and browns blending very well with the multi colored flowers and the lush, green landscaping around. The place is very quiet, away from the noisy sound of traffic of the highway yet still very accessible even by commuter vehicle. Safety and security is not a problem as it also is in the whole town of San Juan, Batangas. The white sand beaches of Laiya is 15 minutes drive away.
