We’d like to operate smoothly and give you good service so we have established simple guidelines.

How to order:

1. Pick an Item you like , know your size, check the size chart, pay attention to item detail and make sure the item fits you.

2. Order the item by filling out this form:

Mode of Payment: can be ML, Cebuana, Palawan LBC or bank deposit

Mode of Delivery: Meet-up or shipping ( +125 fee for shipping)

Provide Address: (if shipping)

Meet-up Sched: Weekdays Ayala Center Cebu @ 2pm-7pm only.
Weekend: Gaisano Grand Mall Basak - anytime to be agreed by buyer and seller.

Wait for our order confirmation. We will send your total and payment details.

3. Send a copy of your proof of payment (deposit slip or remittance receipt/slip) - PHOTO

4. Give us 24 HOURS to reply and confirm your payment. Pay today, ship tomorrow policy applied. NO NEED TO CALL OR TEXT US. We will reply and confirm your payment here

5. Exchange of items applies only for DAMAGED items and must be returned in 2 days after you received it. We do not allow return or exchange that does not meet your expectations in fitting or liking. Again make sure the item fits you before placing the order, always refer to the size chart.

6. Item must be tagged or in the same condition that you received it when returned to us. You can exchange it with other items of the same price or higher, of which will be paid prior to delivery. No Cash refund.

7. Prices are fixed. No haggling please!

8. Most of the items are pre order so please be willing to wait for their arrival. Waiting period is 5-10 days and we do require 50% down payment for us to place the order with our supplier and the rest will be paid when the Item is ready for delivery.

9. Some items are on-hand which we require full payment prior to delivery/meet-up.

10. We only allow 2 days reservation period.
