CHAPTER RULES AND GUIDELINES

These are ASMSI Southern Oriental Mindoro Chapter Rules and Guidelines. Our focus on rules and guidelines is one of transparency and mutual respect, and rules are enforced in an effort to create a supportive, friendly environment wherein members can learn and improve together. Hence, members are expected to follow the rules and regulations of The ASMSI Southern Oriental Mindoro Chapter. Ignorance of this Rules and guide, excuses no member. If you do not agree with these you can either leave out or refuse to register an account or Membership. Members who failed to abide with our rules and guidelines will be dealt with Chapter Policies.

CHAPTER GUIDELINES :

The leadership of TheASMSI Southern Oriental Mindoro
Chapter recognizes the great value of fostering friendship, mutual trust and unity among Chapter members or non forum member of the same locality or geographic area. Consequently, the Chapter Set of Officers and Coordinators are established to organize Chapter members to the attainment of this goal. And to emphasize its importance, this is one of the ASMSI-OMC CHAPTER that will be duly recognized by ASMSI LOCAL. Furthermore, much of The Sisters of Mary Graduates Southern Oriental Mindoro Chapter focus and programs are geared towards providing added benefits for the Chapter members and also for our Alma Mater.

CHAPTER OBJECTIVE:

The primary purpose is to build friendship, mutual trust and unity among The ASMSI Southern Oriental Mindoro Chapter members as long as with the other chapter recognized with in a geographical area.

To this end, the Chapter members shall abide the following rules;

Support the policies, programs and activities of the main Alumni(ASMSI) and to The ASMSI Southern Oriental Mindoro Chapter.
Organize activities that will develop closer ties of friendship among chapter members.
Identify and verify every chapter member behind the Chapter members list.
Develop professional and leadership skills among chapter members.
Undertake other activities that would help achieve the purpose of The ASMSI Southern Oriental Mindoro
Chapter.
To attend Urgent meeting and Quarterly meeting. Meeting attendance is a must.
To have a rotation of meeting venue, as per town
Members can share voluntarily for financial matter
Transparency of Fund
Annual Evaluation/election for the set of officers
Quarterly Meeting/ General Assembly of the said Chapter
Coordinators and officers are obliged to attend urgent meetings.
Transfer of Membership If and when a chapter member changes his location, he is advised to inform his OLD Chapter Leader of his transfer and request for recommendation for transfer to be submitted to his NEW Chapter Leader where he wants to be transferred.
A detailed financial report must also be posted upon completion of the said activity to be audited and verified, for the purpose of transparency.

All clarifications, queries, complaints and suggestions should be directed to Chapter Officers/Leaders for further evaluation.
