ABOUT US

Aprons & Mitts Baking School for Children started on April 2015. Located in #99 Sampaguita Avenue, Mapayapa Village I, Brgy. Pasong Tamo, Quezon City.

It prides in itself of having highly motivated team led by a dedicated Baking Teacher/Owner who underwent trainings from prestigious culinary schools.

Aprons & Mitts has the strong commitment to conduct baking workshops that are both educational and truly be an enjoyable experience for the children. We see the importance of exposing the children to different enrichment programs such as baking in a fun and productive way. This is a good avenue to discover the child's potential that might lead him/her to future in pastry, culinary or just simply a lifelong love for the kitchen.

Baking is also one way for children to express themselves. They will be taught the basics of baking from measuring, mixing, whisking, pouring and decorating as well as the proper use of baking utensils and tools. The children will make their own "masterpieces", get to taste their own creations and bring home the baked goodies. Each student will receive a Certificate of Achievement. This gives them the true sense of accomplishment at the end of the workshop.

Classes are designed for small groups to give participants a hands-on experience in baking. Recipes and activities included in each course are tailored for Pre-Schoolers, Kindergartens, Graders and Teenagers.

Just until this year, 2017, Aprons & Mitts was given the opportunity to widen its scope as it opens its door to homepreneurs, homebakers and mompreneurs. The team goes as far as Cebu City, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Tuguegarao City, Baguio City, Tarlac City, Isabela, Legazpi, Albay and the cities within the NCR teaching, assisting and inspiring all baking enthusiasts.

Aprons & Mitts aims to continuously inspire and encourage not just the hobbyist but more so those mothers and individuals who wants to achieve their goals in baking.

Recently, it has become not just a baking school but it has evolved to be an agent of hope to homebakers who wants to earn a living out of baking.
