Amiya Raya is a Hindu Sanskrit term meaning a "Delightful View". The site is located on a hillside in San Mateo Rizal. The project is just 20mins away from Commonwealth Avenue. The topography itself is strategically located to give you a 180° unobstructed scenic view of Laguna de Bay, Ortigas Skyscrapers, Makati Business district, Manila Skyline and The La Mesa dam. The project is 36-hectares. 25-hectares is alloted for the residential area and 11-hectare will be preserved to be developed as the very first nature park in San Mateo.
