The glitz and glamour of Beverly Hills can now be found in Manila’s very own South. With high-end shopping boutiques and world-class amenities, all nestled in one posh neighborhood at Alabang West.

Megaworld through its subsidiary, Global Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), will develop Alabang West with a distinctive Beverly Hills-themed lifestyle concept into its commercial and residential developments. The company is allocating P10-billion to develop the township in the next five years.

This 62-hectare prime property located in a vast property beside the booming business and commercial district that Alabang has been known for, will have a 1.3-kilometer commercial and retail row, inspired by Hollywood’s famous Rodeo Drive. Beside the stretch of Rodeo Drive will be an exclusive Alabang West Village with 788 residential lots ranging from 250 to 800 square meters.
