Aficionado Germany Perfume is operated by the Central Affirmative Company Inc. (CACI) which was established by Mr. Joel Cruz in September 2000. It manufactures and distributes Aficionado Germany Perfume.

CACI used imported raw materials from Germany and France. CACI always ensures that every product it sells passes CACI's strict quality standards.

Over 100 perfume products are produced at CACI's manufacturing plant in Sterling industrial Park, Bulacan, Philippines. The plant has a fully equipped laboratory staffed with a formulation chemist, process engineers, and other professionals.

With more than 200 to 300 stores in the Philippines. CACI's one of the most successful entrepreneurship and franchising business in the country; receiving several recognitions by major award giving bodies such as: The Asian Star Brand Award, the National Shopper's Choice Award, The Philippine Marketing Excellence Award, The People's Brand Award, Gold Brands Award and the First Philippine Fashion Award, among others.
