Addhiya Foundation, Inc. was first established in November 2008 or Dhu Al-Qi’dah 1429 in Hijri calendar. It is registered at Security Exchange Commission CN. 200831814 and is highly recognized by Ulama Council of Region IX, Darul Iftah, Mahad Moro Islamic Institute of Zamboanga City, Nida-ul Islam Foundation. Currently Addhiya Foundation, Inc. is still renting a place found at #394-A fronting maestro vicenta street, Zamboanga City Southern Philippines
It thrives under the guidance of our President Sheikh Abdulwahid Ikiram, a graduate of College of Shari’a at the Al-imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University-Indonesia branch, our Extrenal-vice President Shiekh Abdulhakeem Madjid still studying at Madina Al-munawwara Islamic University taking Islamic Shariah, and our Internal-vice President Sheikh Hayder Buddin, graduate of College of Shari’a from Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University (Indonesia Branch), another graduate of College of Shari’a from Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University (Indonesia Branch), as well as our Treasurer Sheikh Majer (Maher) Manatad, and other our Masheikh Albasari Kadil he graduated at Damascus Syria, Mahmud Alama still studying at Islamic University - Madinah, Murshid, Alihmardan still studying at Islamic University - Madinah, Sheikh Abdullah he still stuying at Islamic University taking up Masteral.

Moreover it will stand as the center of congregation for Filipino Muslim students studying abroad seeking Islamic Knowledge from these respected schools as follows; University of Madina, Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (Riyadh & Indonesia Branch), Umm Al-Qura University Makkah - KSA, International University of Africa - Sudan, University of Mota - Jordan, Al-Eman Univerity – Yemen, Al-Islamiya International Islamic College - Libya and AlMaarif Educational Inc. Baguio City - Philippines. Thus, Addhiya Foundation, inc. will provide Islamic community programs, and act as a focal point for imparting knowledge about Islam and promoting Islamic values especially among diverse community.

Mainly Addhiya Foundation, inc. will serve as an Islamic dawah center for those Muslims who have no place of assembly for seeking knowledge about Islam based on the teachings of the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad salallahu 'alayhi wa salaam, his companions radiallahu 'anhum, and those who follow the footsteps of the Assalafus-Saleh. Its endeavor is to become a source of valuable resource for the growth of practicing Muslims in the community.
