- 3 month Certificate in Pastry & Bakery
- Part Time Program over 12 Weekends in Pastry & Bakery
- Intensive 24 days Pastry and Bakery Program
- Master Classes for Pastry Chefs, Pastry Teachers and Pastry Graduate Students

12 Weekends Part-Time Program -
Sat - Sun
9 am - 5 pm
