Living Heart Peru - Sonqoffee 2.04

Sonqoffee es un pequeño café / tienda en Pisaq en el Valle Sagrado de los Incas, en Perú. Servimos café fresco y orgánico, pasteles y dulces caseros, sandwiches, crepes, jugos frescos y mucho más. Además preparamos fiambreras y snacks para llevar. Un porcentaje del ingreso venta se usa para apoyar a proyectos nuevos y continúos de la asociación civil sin fines de lucro Living Heart Peru. Apoyamos de manera sostenible a las comunidades locales, que más necesitan apoyo. Adicionalmente ponemos a disposición un espacio en la tienda en donde las mujeres de las comunidades pueden exponer y vender sus artesanías (los 100% de los precios se quedan con las mujeres) y empleamos a miembros de las comunidades locales, que de otra manera tienen dificultades de encontrar un trabajo seguro.

Sonqoffee is a small café/shop in Pisac (in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Peru) serving fresh-made organic coffee, homemade sweets, cakes, sandwiches, crepes, juices and much more, as well as ready-made boxed lunches and snacks. A percentage of the proceeds from the sales are used to support new and ongoing projects of the non-profit organization Living Heart Peru, in local communities that need the most help. In addition we provide a space where the señoras from the villages can display and sell their handmade artesanías (receiving 100% of the proceeds) and employ community members who would otherwise have trouble finding stable work.

Sonqoffee ist ein kleines Café mit Shop in Pisaq im Heiligen Tal der Inka, in Peru. Wir servieren frisch gebrühten Bio-Kaffee, hausgemachte Kuchen, Süßspeisen, Sandwiches, Crepes, Säfte und mehr. Außerdem bereiten wir Snacks zum Mitnnehmen. Ein Prozentsatz des Verkaufsertrags wird genutzt, um neue und laufende Projekte der gemeinnützigen Organisation Living Heart Peru zu unterstützen. Hier fördern wir auf nachhaltige Weise die lokalen Gemeinden, die am meisten Unterstützung benötigen. Zusätzlich bieten wir Frauen aus den Hochlandgemeinden die Möglichkeit, ihre hand gemachten Webereien und Kunsthandwerksstücke im Sonqoffee-Shop auszulegen und zu ihrem erwünschten Preis zu verkaufen (100% des Warenpreises gehen an die Frauen) und beschäftigen lokale Gemeindemitglieder, die sonst Schwierigkeiten haben, eine sichere Arbeitsstelle zu finden.
