The founder of this venture, Neil Carter, has had Chronic Fatigue syndrome for 28 years, and in recent years, stress, blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes. Being a determined character, who thought he had virtually beaten Chronic Fatigue, he was not about to be laid low by Insulin Resistant Diabetes type 2. He spent countless hours studying research and successful diabetes clinics in the US, at the same time going on to a self initiated eating and supplement plan to control his blood sugar levels.

The results were dramatic! In 8 weeks, from a blood sugar level on diagnosis, of 24, levels are now 5 to 6. Further on, this has become self sustaining with an expanded food range.
