Details

It started when a couple of lads were at a frozen yoghurt shop and was wondering why the quality didn't compare to that overseas. This was a bit alarming since New Zealand, being the leader in the dairy export sector, but couldn't produce it's own top quality frozen yoghurt. They felt like it was a duty to improve the standard of the frozen yoghurt produced here, and after months of research, experimenting and planning, Yoghurt Culture was born.

With that in mind, the main goal is to produce high quality frozen yoghurt that deserves the title of the best frozen yoghurt in New Zealand.
