I have been practising yoga for 17 years and became a qualified yoga teacher 9 years ago after studying in The Sivananda Ashram, Kerela, India. Sivananda yoga is recognised internationally as an authority on Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a classic yoga in which you use physical postures, or asanas, to align your body and allow energy to flow freely.
