room set needs, to ensure your event is a success

Dedicated wait-staff are available to you on the day of your event

Our menus and conference room refreshments are prepared daily and made fresh on
the premise

AV services are in-house and supplied by AV Media, an exceptional AV supplier.

Commonly known as just "Wharewaka" is an award winning venue, offering five function
spaces, with a combined ground floor capable of catering cocktail events for up to 500,
through to small boardrooms for 20.

Within close proximity to top hotel accommodation and parking.

Manaaki Management… are the management team who are "here to look after you" and organise all your needs for the Wharewaka.

Also the operators of Karaka Cafe –
based in the Wharewaka, Karaka Café, offers delicious breakfast, lunch and platter
menu's with a modern twist on "Māori kai/food".

Enjoy the ambiance of our beautiful
