Club nights - every Wednesday (in Spring and Summer).
Check in 5:15pm & 5.45pm - Racing 6.00pm.

Full safety gear is required to be on the track, and we can assist with the requirements.

Club Membership:
We offer your first 3 club nights for free and after that there is an expectation you will join the club.
Bmx Race Licence fees are from January to December
Riders 7 years and under (known as a Sprocket) the licence fee is $70 for the year.
Riders 8 years and over, a Club Licence is $50 for the year. Or a Challenge Licence, which entitles riders to race in official BMX-NZ race meets at Whangarei and around the country, the cost is $105.00 for the year.

Gate Code:
The gate code is made available to all licenced club members and is changed periodically.
It is also available to BMX licenced members from other clubs who need to contact whangareibmxclub@gmail.com for further information.

Coaching:
We offer club members free training on Bmx skills, rules and tips for riding. We run Sprocket and New Rider training free to all club members once a week (4:30pm-5:30pm)

School Programs:
Our School Challenge is held annually in November, with an open invitation to all Primary, Intermediate and High Schools in the Whangarei area. Schools compete for awesome trophies awarded to the top 4 schools.

Events:
We host an Inter club meet where club riders from all BMX Clubs in New Zealand are able to come to our track for a fun weekend of racing.
The February Event is a Nominated Qualifying event for the Bmx Nationals.

Our club has been awarded the honour of hosting the 2017 North Island Titles BMX Championship, at Pohe Island, Whangarei, often attracting more that 600 riders over the weekend.
