Waitakere Olympic Weightlifting is an OWNZ affiliated weighlifting club in Henderson, West Auckland.
We encourage partiipation and interest from all levels of athletes from novice to experienced, make and female. Our head Coach is New Zealand representative, Ianne Guinares, Commonwealth Games and IWF World Champs athlete.
