My name is Gundula and I am passionate about Vegan Food and nutrition. To get people excited about Vegan Food I run Demo Classes on some sundays from 10.30 am to approx. 1 pm. I prepare food, we talk about stocking the pantry, about nutritional aspects of plant-based food and you get to eat yummy healthy food. Make new friends with similar interest and leave with a nice full tummy and recipes, cooked on the day.
