This programme is aimed at learners aged from 16-19 years old (or 15 years old with Ministry of Education Exemption) who value the importance of being physically fit and having a healthy lifestyle and need these attributes in future employment and/ or higher education. The programme has been designed so learners will be able to transfer successfully into employment, community life and/or further study.
