Started in 2013 Top of the South Motorcycle Rentals is a rapidly growing family business. Set up by me- David Arnot to cater for the needs of fellow motorcycle enthusiasts. I have had a lifelong love of motorcycles and have owned a range of motorcycles from modern to vintage to motocross.

My vision is to introduce and share the South Island Zealand and the Top of the South which in my totally biased opinion has everything: sun, sand, mountains; we are based at its hub a stone's throw from Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks, Marlborough Sounds and Golden Bay.

Based in Motueka which basks in year round sun and is a mecca for visitors from all over the world. We aim to please and to give you the options of some of the world's best and sparsely travelled bitumen highways, to back roads and to dirt.

Our range of bikes caters for all needs and includes dual purpose Suzuki DR 200 and BMW G650GS. Triumph Bonneville, BMW F800ST BMW 1200R .For the connoisuer my own '67 BSAThunderbolt. Cruise the length and breadth of the South Island, enjoy the freedom of our wide and empty roads. Take in the breathtaking beauty using Motueka as the perfect hub. We collect at Nelson Airport, over Takaka Hill to Golden Bay, down the Buller Gorges to the West Coast - Punakaiki Blowholes, Glaciers, Milford Sound, Queenstown and return taking in whalewatching at Kaikoura to name but a few. I guarantee - you'll wish you'd hired for longer.
