To prepare for your tan: wax the day before or shave several hours prior to your tan booking. Exfoliate if possible. Shower and leave skin free of moisturisers, deodorant and suncream. Wear darker, loose fitting clothing to go home in (no bra if you can).

Post tan: DO NOT GET WET until you have a shower- your tan will run. Do not do any exercise that will cause you to sweat. Sleep in your tan if possible and then shower as normal the next morning when all excess tan will wash off and you will be left with your beautiful tan. To maintain your tan you need to moisturise often and avoid exfoliating. Your tan will fade evenly from tanned to untanned.
