The Goodness Kitchen and The Goodness Grocer have joined forces in Pukekohe...yay!

Bringing you natural, organic and locally sourced where possible, pure and clean eats and drinks for your on-the-go convenience.

You will not find trim milk, margarine, refined sugars, white flour, additives, chemicals, ingredients that are just a weird series of numbers, decaf coffee or microwave reheats.

Instead...you can be spoilt for choice by a range of baked and raw goodies, nourishing breakfast and lunch pots to grab and run, hot tonics to cleanse and revitalize, power packed smoothies to boost, all made with ingredients that are as close to the way nature intended as possible (why mess with that realness?!)...all nutrient dense, made with love and a sincere desire to nourish.

There will be an array of vegan, paleo, nutless, sugarless, gluten free, dairy free and eggless options, for those who have intolerance's or just prefer to avoid some of these things.

Oooh and not to mention, reeeeeal coffee...
You can choose from the delicious single origin organic coffee, lovingly roasted by my friend on his farm (this stuff is incredible!) or an amazing organic blend which the good folks at Havana Coffee Works are experimenting with just for us!
Made with organic cows milk (whole, full, natural) for those who can dairy, or a range of alternative options including rice, coconut or almond milks for those who prefer.
