The Circle offers courses in tarot, yoga, meditation mindfulness, earth practises and self care. We have practitioners offering massage, healing, first light flower essences, biodynamic cranio-sacral therapy and guidance through tarot cards and clairvoyance. The shop also contains unique pottery treasures and jewellery, sacred music and instruments and Nat is there creating sacred threads; made to order garments and bags for your sacred practices. The shop is open Wednesday to Friday from 10-3. Appointments are available during these times with Dan (Wed + Fri) and Rose (Thurs).

Nat used to run Zing Studio so has taught yoga for the last ten years and now teachers yoga teachers. She has read tarot cards since 1993 and her gift is in sorting out the current moment so you can move forward. Known for being good when you need a kick in the butt, she can help plan and then help bust through the barriers to that plan. She is also offers healing. She is available Tuesdays and after 3pm Wednesday to Friday by appointment.

Dan has worked alongside her for much of that ten years and is on hand Wednesday and Friday for massage and runs yoga courses along the way as well as facilitating a monthly men's group.

Rose is in on Thursday offering both essences and BDCST. A gifted healer, her gentle ways are a welcome respite from the world.

Monday: 5.15pm Yoga with Dan (1 hour)
Tuesday: 6.30am Meditation with Nat
5:15 and 6.30pm Yoga with Nat (1 hour)
Wednesday: 6.00am and 5.15pm Yoga with Dan (1 hour)
Thursday: 6.30am Meditation with Nat
5.15 and 7.00pm Yoga with Nat (90 minutes)
Friday: 6.00am Yoga with Dan (1 hour)
5.15pm Casual Yoga class with Nat or Dan (90 minutes)

Class prices:
Meditation (35 minutes): $8 casual or $40 for 6 weeks of one session. Full time students $5
1 hour classes: $12.50 by AP or in 4 or 6 week blocks
90 minute classes: $15 by AP or in 4 or 6 week blocks
Casual Friday: $15 cash on the night
