Te Aranui stage 1 construction has now started with physical works due for completion at the end of April 2014. Titles are expected to be issued around October 2014.
Te Aranui offers a range of section sizes from 600m2 to 1100m2 fully serviced with water, power, sewer and fibre optic (Ultra Fast Fibre) Most of the sites are elevated with a northerly aspect.
