We will come and set this up and pack it down ,cost is $400.00 (four hour hire) or $POA for longer periods. Commercial projector and two speakers on stands along with set up is an extra cost $400.00 if required.

Marquee Deluxe Birthday Package

Taupo Fun World will come along and set the scene for your next birthday or private function

We will set up our blow up marquee that’s sets the seen and looks fanatic, along with the table and chairs required for the little or big kids.

Size room required is 14 meters round area

Package incudes

One blow up marquee ( set up and packed down by us )

Three round tables and 12 chairs

Two long tables for the birthday party ( boy or girl table covers )

One table for the birthday cake

Cost $550.00 ( four hour hire, extra $50.00 per hour thereafter )

Taupo Fun World Terms and Conditions:

PLEASE NOTE:

Poor Weather Policy : Our bouncy products will not be set up in the rain so therefore there will be no cancellation fee for private hires.

Commercial hires :will be charged 50% of the retail hire price if standby is required i,e due to weather.

We require power within 30m of site or otherwise will need a generator at an additional cost.
1.Shoes must be removed before getting on the bouncy castle.
2.All children bouncing must be supervised by at least one parent/guardian aged 18+.
3.No jumping onto and hanging off the walls and netting of the castle.
4.Do not jump off the castle, walk off with care.
5.No animals, food or drink, and no smoking on or around the castle.
6.No sharp or dangerous objects are to be taken on the castle that could endanger others and be damaging to the castle.
7.The air blower must stay dry at all times.
8.Do not cover the air blower as it will block the air vent.
9.No walking on the castle when it is not inflated or not fully inflated.
10.Do not inflate or deflate the castle until everyone is off and clear of the castle
11.Do not overload the castle with too many people at one time. Depending on the bouncy castles size please ask to what numbers should be allowed at one time.
12.Bouncing on the castles can be dangerous and hazardous and all precautions must be taken into consideration and followed out with common sense by the parent/guardian/hirer.
13.The castle deliverer, owners, and company will not be held responsible or liable in any way for damage or loss of sales.



Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk.

The person/s or organization hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e. if it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
